RK MOTORS MOT CENTRE is run by Raziq Khan, who himself has attained the highest level of Motor Vehicle experience and skills in his 30 year career in the Motor Industry
Raziq has spent most of his career working at numerous dealerships and has continued to perfect his skills for many years, giving Raz a total of over 30 years experience before opening RK Motors Mot Centre to offer dealer-level service and diagnostics, but with the pride, attention to detail and – most importantly – the price of an Independent Garage.

Raz
Master Technician – Diagnostic Specialist – MOT tester
Raz started his career in the automotive industry at the age of 16 with Honda on their Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship programme and has gained his Master Technician status with HONDA’s Training Academy. Raz has also worked at Mercedes Benz / BMW / AUDI / SUZUKI dealerships.
Raz has set out to have a business that builds relationships with customers, offers honesty and integrity, high quality work and value for money.
Marius Marinioiu
Master Technician
Has been interested in cars from a very young age.
After leaving School Marius began his apprentice career at an Independent German Car specialist In Romania and qualified as a Motor Vehicle Technician and then worked as a Senior Technician at Mercedes Benz, Bucharest, Romania.
As a qualified and experienced Mercedes Benz technician, he is a perfect fit here as a senior technician, able to help troubleshoot a wide variety of makes and models. His experience is invaluable and has been helping us further develop our Mercedes Benz client base and workload.
We were delighted when he joined our team in 2015 and is a valued member full of enthusiasm.
Razvan Ceausu
Senior Technician & Mechanical Technician
Razvan began his apprenticeship at 18 years old at Volkswagen AG Training Academy in Bucharest. He worked in various VW main dealers and in 2010 moved to a BMW dealer network where for a period of time had the role of workshop controller.
In 2015 he completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Transylvania in Romania.
Over the following years he has worked on several vehicle brands at specialist level. He is extremely meticulous with his work and were very pleased when he agreed to become part of our team in 2019.
Razvan deals with the majority of the servicing and complex mechanical repairs.
Michael Tucker
Senior Technician – MOT Tester
Michael is a huge fan of motorsport so if there is racing going on your sure to find him indulging in his passion.
He started working on a BMW E46 M3 track day car whilst at college completing his Motor Sport Engineering degree and then moving on to work at Barwell Motorsport in Leatherhead where he completed a City & Guild qualification in Advanced Vehicle Diagnostics and then worked at TI Motorsport in Basildon where he completed a City & Guild qualification in Management and Automotive Maintenance and Repair.
With a right first time approach and superb attention to detail Michael is well suited to the job in hand.
Outside of the workshop Michael likes to collect and restore classic cars and has a very impressive collection of various concourse condition cars such as a 1968 Rolls Royce silver shadow, Back to the future Delorian, 1963 Volkswagen 'Herbie' Beetle and 1983 Mitsubishi Starion. He is currently restoring a 1965 Jaguar E-Type.
